Email signups. If you sign up for our care guide, we collect your email address and a record of your consent (the date and time you confirmed). We ask you to confirm by clicking a link in an email before we add you to our list.

Basic site data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. We may use privacy-friendly analytics to count visits. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

• To send the care guide you asked for.
• To send occasional emails about new guides and, when our store opens, launch news and offers. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

We do not sell or rent your information.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare to host the site and an email service provider to store our list and send emails. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or ask us to delete your information by emailing us. Residents of Canada, the EU/UK and some US states have additional rights under local law, including access and deletion; contact us to use them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
